About the Role

Join our team as a CNC Setup Machinist, where you'll work closely with Engineering to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines used to produce precision tooling. If you enjoy hands-on machining and problem-solving, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Set up and run multi-axis CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs & offsets
• Install vises, fixtures, and tooling safely
• Work with drills, end mills, taps, and reamers
• Read and interpret engineering drawings & setup sheets
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and indicators
• Maintain machines (coolant, cleaning, filters)
• Prepare materials using saws and grinders
• Machine precision parts with accuracy and efficiency
• Use forklifts and lifting equipment safely

What You'll Need

• Associate degree in Machining OR 5+ years of experience
• Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills
• Experience with CNC setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
